We only accept returns of products purchased through the Paint Pixie website. If you purchased a product through a Paint Pixie Retailer, you will need to contact them directly as they will have their own return policy.
You have 30 days from DATE OF PURCHASE to return your product in NEVER USED and BRAND NEW condition.
We will accept returns if they meet the following conditions:
It is your responsibility to pay the return postage.You must contact Paint Pixie Inc through Contact Us at www.paintpixie.com for a return authorization.
Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will contact you regarding your refundor exchange.
We do not warranty wear and tear. Everyone paints with a different pressure causing the bristles to wear differently from one person to another.
BRUSH CARE
Do Not soak your brushes for long periods of time as it may cause the bristles to loosen from the head of the brush.
Most of the Paint Pixie brushes are a natural and synthetic mix bristle. From time to time you might find a stray bristle as you paint. To help eliminate this, prior to painting you can flick the bristles back and forth like you would a deck of cards. Any loose bristles should work their way to the top so you can remove them.
The natural bristles are hair and may break off as you’re painting, just as our hair does when we brush or comb it.
Pixie Dust Glitter
Keep your brushes clean by washing them in warm water with our Paint Pixie Suds Soap. They will love you for it!
